Client and Candidate Surveys
We pride ourselves in our commitment to continually re-invent ourselves to ensure we bring you on-going value added benefits that clearly set us apart. In order to achieve this objective, we regularly and formally canvass constructive feedback on the service we offer from both our client and candidate community. The feedback serves as the backbone for planning our future activity to best serve your needs.

Client Survey Results

We measure Client responses against a Client Satisfaction Index (CSi) target of 4.00 (Range = 0.00 – 5.00).
8 specific Key Result Areas (KRAs) are identified against which we invite our clients to rate their satisfaction level.
The resulting scores ranged from 4.32 to 4.73.
Thereafter, we identify and implement operational improvements to our service levels for each KRA.

Candidate Survey Results

We measure Candidate responses against a Candidate Satisfaction Index (CSi) Target of 4.00 (Range = 0.00 – 5.00).
7 specific Key Result Areas (KRAs) are identified against which we invite our candidates to rate their satisfaction levels. The resulting scores ranged from 4.18 to 4.73.
Thereafter, we identify and implement operational improvements to our service levels for each KRA. One of the most significant improvements made is to our website, which now provides you with improved job seeking tools and comprehensive recruitment advice.
