Jane successfully completed an HND in Business Studies from Bournemouth University after which she entered the travel industry.
Her recruitment career began with an independent regional agency specialising in banking and finance.
She reinforced her industry knowledge by obtaining the IEC Foundation Vocational Award in Employment Agency Practice.
Thereafter, she moved to a London based consultancy and specialised in hi-tech vendor finance positions. This remit expanded to include medical, public sector and general asset positions; both direct and indirect.
After building a strong track record of success, she was headhunted by a leading European consultancy to develop their UK recruitment programme across all small and middle ticket leasing sectors. She was also involved with several European assignments with vendor and captive organisations.
With a background in leasing recruitment spanning over 10 years, Jane joined New Leaf Search in October 2004.
Her current responsibilities include account and relationship management, business development and recruitment strategy.
