    Your experience
    You may have financial services experience in one or more of the following areas: asset finance, banking, capital markets, consumer finance, contract-hire, corporate finance, factoring, invoice discounting, leasing and motor finance. This experience must be coupled with a strong desire to venture into an exciting field with a professional and reputable company.

    You may be a high-calibre recruiter or head-hunter with the desire to move to a company which promises to invest in your career development.

    You may currently be in a B2B telephone sales role looking to extend your skills profile and build a strong career platform.

    You may be a recent graduate with the ambition to carve a career in recruitment with a young, dynamic, exciting and growing company.

    Your training and development
