More than six out of 10 workers overstate their financial worth in the workplace, according to new research....
The survey by HR consultancy Reabur.com found that 61% of respondents thought they were underpaid and that on average they thought they should be paid an extra £5,000 a year.
A further 29% think they should be paid an extra £3,000. Only 4% said they were happy with their salary.
When asked ‘do you enjoy your job?’, 54% answered ‘no’. However, 73% of the respondents admitted to liking their company, and 67% claimed to not want to leave.
