J2756 - Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager to work alongside other AM’s and Relationship Managers to create, build and maintain excellent and productive customer relationships. You will maintain and drive increased sales from current and new partners to maximise new business volumes and profitability.

Work with Relationship Managers and internal disciplines to develop and maintain existing partner programmes.
Follow up end user customer introductions; proactively make telephone calls to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale.
Undertake personal visits to the partner where required.
Attend relevant industry events with the aim of supporting relationships and maintaining industry awareness.
Regularly manage partner pipelines.
Ensure proposals are promptly acted upon and submitted via the relevant systems.
Manage Risk declines and act as the first point of contact for appealing decisions.
Build strong personal relationships and become the first internal point of partner contact for proposals.
Prepare programme summaries and annual credit and documentation reviews as and when required for internal accounts.
Sales driven team player.
3 years + experience in internal sales.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good proven negotiation skills.
Good understanding of financial services products .
Understanding credit requirements and having the ability to present deals and challenge referrals and declines.
Highly numerate and practical problem solving capabilities.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
