​​J2835 - Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager to work as a tele-salesperson, sourcing new loans from all of existing, old and brand new clients. You will deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospective clients, internal and external customers and maximise business opportunities by using best practice.

Salary: To £45,000 with £70,000 OTE plus excellent benefits. Location: UK, Dorset, Poole

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and Maintain new and existing relationships with introductory sources.

• Introduce New Business & Support Strategic Accounts.

• Achieve allocated targets of new deals, Volume and Income by building and maintaining a level of new enquiries, attending networking events and identify and secure opportunities for new business and contacts.

• Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients / introducers when required; complete risk templates for sanction of the facility, chasing outstanding enquires and paperwork on deals, maintain CRM system, attend sales team meetings.

• Achieve the prescribed number of calls per day.

• Develop knowledge and understanding of the asset based finance industry including all company financial products and services, competitors, introducers, risks, client industry, market and sectors.

• Work with and liaise with Sales Support and Underwriting in order to exceed client expectations.

• Continuous focus on customer led process improvements.

• Consistently and accurately provide information on the CRM systems to assist in the production and completion of weekly and monthly sales analysis and reports.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• You must have a current, valid UK drivers license. 

• Previous experience within a telesales environment is essential. 

• Asset finance experience would be preferred.

• Experience of working in a Sales related environment.

• Numeracy and literacy; IT, Microsoft office, in particular Excel and Outlook.

• Planning and organisation skills.

• Customer service skills and the ability to work alone whilst being a team player.

• Able to understand and prepare basic asset finance proposals for underwriting

• Able to interpret statutory and management accounts

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
