J2838 - Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager to assume the overall responsibility for managing a specific broker portfolio of accounts.
Salary: c£35,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop an allocated portfolio of Broker accounts by ensuring regular communication takes place, with a view to achieving agreed objectives.
Ensuring intermediaries are offered an exceptional service with a view to ensuring that client is perceived as “easy to deal with”.
Ensure that new business volumes and income goals are achieved in line with expectation as well as building excellent relationships with Introducers, by providing a quick, efficient service that promotes future dealings.
Assist the Sales Team with strategy ideas and the publication of targeted campaigns throughout the year.
Attend sales meetings where you will be required to review performance from the previous month & provide a forecast for the following month.
Ensure that all Lease, Hire-Purchase and Conditional Sale proposals are correctly and thoroughly investigated and processed from the first proposal stage to the final payment.
Manage outstanding approved deals to improve conversion rate via strong “pipeline” management.
Adhere to policy of “Treating Customers Fairly” and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Experience of business to business / Broker sales preferable.
Excellent communication skills.
Prepared to challenge and bring forward ideas to improve the team and performance.
Ability to build relationships with brokers / dealers.
Both market and product knowledge.
Good written and numeracy skills.
Hybrid working: 2 days home; 3 days London office.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
