J2877 - Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to provide assistance and support for the internal and external sales team, across their business divisions. You will ensure that enquiries are picked up and handled appropriately in a timely manner.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance and support for the internal and external sales team, across their business divisions.
Ensure that enquiries are picked up and handled appropriately in a timely manner.
Build strong internal relationships with business areas such as Credit, Pay Outs and Business Assurance, providing advice, help and support.
Ensure broker partners perceive the company as being “easy to deal with”.
Deal with broker queries, chase up for documentation, handle settlement requests and look for new business opportunities.
Ensure that Business Assurance deadlines are achieved.
Enable the Sales Team to run in an efficient manner.
Provide excellent service, enabling the company to develop key broker relationships.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The ability to organize and plan a workload.
Efficient time management.
Strong communication skills, both over the telephone and in writing.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Enjoy being part of a forward-thinking team, with the ability to challenge.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and mail packages.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
