Job description

​J2961 - Our client is seeking a Broker Oversight Manager to proactively manage a database of Introducers across SME Lending. You will provide and maintain the data required to on-board, review in-life and terminate introducer relationships and well as develop, support and drive delivery initiatives to maximise Introducer opportunities.

Salary: c£40,000 - £45,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK Flexible Location (Homeworking).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation and implementation of a robust framework.

  • Review the current KRI’s that are in place to ensure that we are able to effectively identify key risks across our introducer community.

  • Review existing introducer panel and make recommendations to management as a result of the behaviour of introducers.

  • Maintain the review schedule for all introducers, ensuring these are undertaken in a timely manner so that Board reporting metrics remain green.

  • Provide monthly report on introducer reviews undertaken and highlighting any areas of concerns, to SME Lending Risk Forum for discussion and review.

  • Undertake quarterly check to ensure that the introducer has the relevant FCA permissions in respect of the activity they are undertaking.

  • Implement robust MI reporting framework.

  • Provide timely and accurate information to external sales to ensure Introducer in life reviews are professionally managed .

  • In conjunction with the external sales managers, ensure any changes to the Introducer agreements are properly coordinated and completed. and stored centrally and on the introducer database.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Ability to collate and process data from multiple sources accurately.

  • Self-motivated and structured.

  • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work with a team and own initiative to drive performance.

  • Integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgement and decision-making skills.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to further develop MS Office skills.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
