J3111 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a market leading arranger of speciality finance programmes; dominant in the card payment sector in their search for a Customer Services Administrator.
Salary: £23,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (Hybrid)
Dealing with Customer Queries and Requirements: providing help and advice to Customers by telephone, email and letter.
Respond promptly and completely to both sales and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure phones are answered and messages responded to within a timely manner.
Processing of direct debit cancellations within the timeframes given.
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access etc. to produce correspondence and document and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
Liaising with external contacts.
Maintaining office supplies.
Organising meeting rooms and providing beverages where necessary.
Provide assistance to the Collections Team when necessary.
General Ad hoc Administrative assistance.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
