Job description

​J3131 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in their search for a Marketing and Events Coordinator. You will be required to assist with the delivery of marketing plans to support key customers. These will include a range of internal, external and introducer marketing and communication activities as defined within the marketing plans. In addition, the role will assist with the management of marketing processes and digital assets as appropriate. Event management will also be a key area of focus .

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing activities to support corporate and sales strategies.

  • Supporting the delivery of external communications, media and advertising in line with brande guidelines.

  • Maintain and update the company's intranet and internet with relevant content.

  • Co-ordinate and prepare presentations/promotional materials including partner promotions.

  • Maintain the budget document to ensure all costs are recorded, PO’s raised, and invoices processed in a timely manner.

  • Manage events including trade shows, partners days, corporate hospitality and internal events.

  • Maintain an annual Events Calendar to capture all events which may be of interest to the business each year.

  • Prepare and maintain an Event Plan for each event to ensure details are recorded, updated as the event progresses and shared with all individuals involved.

  • Build a positive rapport and working relationship with the stakeholders for each event to deliver an excellent standard of customer service and ensure delivery of our customer service promise; stakeholders include our internal customers (sales teams), event organisers and marketing colleagues or agencies for any specialist activities such as media or social activities

  • Manage the activities for each event to ensure all activities are successfully completed within deadline and budget and event objectives and customer’s needs are meet.

  • Oversee post-event activities, such as reporting, processing of invoices, return of equipment to storage.


  • Marketing and events management experience /exposure.

  • A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure and to deadlines.

  • Organisational skills, ability to work on and manage several ongoing projects simultaneously.

  • Good communicator/excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good time management.

  • Team player.

  • Demonstrate creativity for designing campaigns .

  • Experience in online web/email applications.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
