J3612 – Senior Partner Account Manager, Office Technology – UK, South East England (Remote) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a technology solutions financial services organisation in its search for a Senior Partner Account Manager, Office Technology.

Salary c£66,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, South East England / London / Thames Valley (Remote).

The Role

This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for managing and developing strategic partner relationships within the officed and IT technology sectors.

You will act as a trusted adviser to key partners, driving growth across leasing and financial services solutions while aligning partner strategies with broader commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partner relationships within office technology and IT leasing markets

  • Drive revenue growth across leasing, print finance and asset finance solutions

  • Build and execute joint account plans to deliver pipeline and sales performance

  • Structure and position finance-led solutions within partner propositions

  • Influence senior stakeholders and support partner sales engagement

  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless partner support

  • Monitor market trends and contribute to commercial strategy

Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years’ experience in partner sales, leasing or asset finance environments

  • Strong understanding of IT finance, print leasing and asset finance structures

  • Proven experience managing strategic partner relationships

  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and partner ecosystems

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
