J3620 – Software Sales Business Development Manager – UK, London / Home Counties (Remote) – Financial Services
New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading financial services / lending software provider in its search for a Software Sales Account Executive.
Salary £80,000 – £120,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London / Home Counties (Remote).
The Role
This is a high-impact new business role within a rapidly scaling fintech platform focused on asset finance and lending markets.
You will be responsible for driving net-new client acquisition, building pipeline from the ground up and delivering complex, consultative sales into asset finance and financial services organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
Generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking and targeted campaigns
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to senior decision-makers
Engage with asset finance and financial services organisations across the UK
Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce)
Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution
Candidate Profile
Proven hunter profile with a strong track record of new business generation
Experience in SaaS/software sales OR traditional asset finance / leasing sales
Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales environments
Strong pipeline creation and deal-closing capability
Confident engaging C-level stakeholders
Entrepreneurial, self-driven and target-focused
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) beneficial
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
