K3628 – Business Development Manager, IT Partners – UK, Thames Valley / South East England (Remote) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a multi-national asset finance company in its search for a Business Development Manager, IT Partners.

Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley / South East England (Remote). Other locations South of the Midlands may be considered.

The Role

This is a high-impact new business role focused on acquiring strategic IT reseller and vendor partnerships within the technology finance space.

You will act as the external face of the business during the acquisition phase, identifying, pitching and securing high-value partnerships to drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target IT resellers and commercial partners across the UK

  • Drive new business acquisition from prospecting through to signed partnership agreements

  • Deliver compelling pitches and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders

  • Navigate complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners

  • Manage CRM activity and forecasting with high levels of accuracy

  • Support onboarding of new partners through to first transaction

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful partner launch and transition

Candidate Profile

  • Proven “hunter” with strong new business acquisition track record

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B partnerships or business development

  • Experience within technology finance, asset finance or leasing essential

  • Strong network within IT resellers, vendors or technology channels

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage complex sales cycles

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially focused

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
