We pride ourselves in our commitment to continually re-invent ourselves to ensure we bring you on-going value-added benefits that clearly set us apart. To achieve this objective, we regularly and formally canvass constructive feedback on the service we offer from both our client and candidate communities. The feedback serves as the backbone for planning our future activity to best meet your requirements.

                  • We measure client responses against a Client Satisfaction Index (CliSi) target of 4.00 (Range = 0.00 – 5.00).

                  • Eight specific Key Result Areas (KRAs) are identified against which we invite our clients to rate their satisfaction level.

                  • After that, we identify and implement operational improvements to our service levels for each KRA.

                  • Our CliSi score is currently 4.73 v target of 4.00. On average, 94.6% of our clients are very satisfied with our services.
