J2715 - Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to build strong relationships with existing and potential customers focused on providing financial solutions to customers acquiring Hardware, Software and Services. You will work closely with, train and coach the sales teams to structure compelling payment solutions. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: Germany, Munich region.
Develop and understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.
Increase the financing share across manufacturer product portfolio of technology solutions (server, storage, networking, software, security and managed services).
Manage the sales territory and customer portfolio, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations.
Customarily and regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
Provide sales leadership and experiences on larger and more complex transactions.
Support the manufacturer sales teams and its partners to generate incremental revenue by offering the appropriate financing solution to win business.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the IT financing industry across the various financing products and solutions.
Extensive experiences in selling financing solutions in the IT industry with a proven track record; either in direct deals as well as through channel partners.
World-class customer management and strategic selling skills.
Attitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business challenges.
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down.
Strong influencing skills with deep knowledge of structuring financial solutions to meet customer needs.
Pro-active sales behaviour and result driven attitude.
Ability to work on own initiative and lead a cross functional virtual team remotely.
Ability to deal with complex manufacturer and partner agreements and their relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
Highly developed strategic planning expertise and organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience would be a benefit.
