J2764 - Our client is seeking a Head of Sales - Agriculture Finance, to lead and drive the team forward to achieve strategic and sales objectives. Your team will actively participate in identifying new prospects as well as developing existing partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall sales responsibility in the UK.
Lead and develop the sales teams towards a customer-focused culture with a commercial mindset.
Continuously improve partner satisfaction.
Monitor & drive commercial effectiveness of individual members’ performance within the sales team.
Represent the voice of the customer & proactively collaborate with back-office & corporate functions to drive the digital transformation objectives of the company.
Conduct strategic and operational sales work.
Analyse trends, market and sales statistics.
Develop an open and positive can-do culture.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Broad experience in sales within vendor/channel finance leasing industry.
Experience from working in a matrix organization.
Strong knowledge/interest in leadership, which you have developed over the years.
A high degree of can do mentality.
Ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
