​J2832 - Our client is seeking an Operations Specialist to report into the European Operations Manager and will be a crucial member for the operations team. You will provide support to both the sales and support teams in UK and Europe with new business to implement required solutions for customer agreements both prior and post agreement activation.

Salary: To £28,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Gtr London / Surrey

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to both the sales and support teams in UK and Europe with new business to implement required solutions for customer agreements both prior and post agreement activation.

• Ensure all documentation is up to date for deals to be paid out without delay whilst providing a market leading customer experience.

• Provide full administrative support to customers, suppliers and colleagues in Sales and Sales Support positions.

• Check and prepare transactions for pay out. 

• Ensure that all necessary documentation is present and correct, in line with credit approval.

• Assist in resolving complaints and maintain log to record progress and resolution. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Results driven individual.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Experience in an operations role from asset finance and leasing industry.

• Knowledge of financial products.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
