​J2862 - Our client is seeking an Internal Broker Manager to support the commercial activities of the external Account Managers, as well manage a modest portfolio of your own customers throughout the relationship life cycle. You will also identify sales opportunities with relations and prospects by phone, follow up on sales and fee opportunities, organize and manage quote requests and targeted marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build strong relationships with new and existing partners, delivering the highest possible service levels.

• Support external account managers.

• Proactive calling and management of the business pipeline.

• Assess proposals for transaction quality and recommend to broker manager where appropriate.

• Work effectively with other departments including Asset Management, Credit, Legal, Customer Services & Pay-out Management to ensure a market leading partner experience.

• Develop partner online systems adoption through the provision of training and support.

• Provide quotations upon request in line with pricing and residual guidelines.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• +2 years of relevant experience with insight in the finance market.

• Team player in a small close knit team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellent service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience of working in the hard asset broker space would be an advantage but not essential.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
