J2873 - Our client is seeking a Sales Director, Hard Assets, to assume responsibility for the strategic development, direction and performance of the Hard Assets Sales function. You will be expected to actively participate in identifying new prospects and developing existing partners through your sales team.

Contribute to the formulation of policies, objectives, annual plan, and budget.
Define and implement country market and sales (annual) plans, policies, processes, procedures and targets.
Ensure systematic identification of market trends, portfolio developments and sales opportunities, in cooperation with internal/external stakeholders.
Develop local vendor/partner opportunities and (ensure) establishment, implementation, and management of program agreements.
Lead and develop the sales team towards a customer-focused culture with a commercial mindset.
Manage and monitor the performance of the country sales organisation & individuals.
Ensure implementation of programs in line with agreements.
Monitor back-office activities and stimulate alignment and cooperation with country support teams.
Build, maintain and influence a network of internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse performance and provide regular insights to the relevant internal stakeholders, based on (internal) reporting guidelines.
Broad sales experience within the hard asset vendor/channel finance leasing industry.
Experience over a number of years in leading a successful sales team.
Ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent negotiation skills, both internally and externally
