​J2880 - Our client is seeking a Senior Credit Manager, Netherlands responsible for analysing, reviewing and underwriting a variety of vendor credit applications. You will prepare credit applications for review and ensure that any credit acceptance terms mitigate any risk.

Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: The Netherlands, Amsterdam

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse, review and underwrite credit applications within delegated mandate.

• Support the Head of Credit Risk with the creation of portfolio reports on exposures, asset concentrations and performance.

• Complete accurate and time efficient credit analysis for new business proposals.

• Assist Sales and deal negotiations by undertaking site visits including vendors, customers and service providers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Degree educated; bright and ambitious.

• Proven track record of reviewing credit applications in a financial services environment.

• The Ability to make sound commercial business decisions.

• Experience in working with vendor credit applications.

• Experience in managing 3rd party risk and exposure.

• Experience of hard asset underwriting advantageous.

• Dutch and English speaking.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
