J2882 - Our client is seeking a Internal Account Manager to develop and promote effective working relationships with the Sales and Credit Teams based in Ireland and the UK.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: Ireland, Dublin
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and promote effective working relationships with the Sales and Credit Teams based in Ireland, UK and Nordics. 
- Support the Account Manager to manage and convert the pipeline of new business into executed agreements. 
- Progress deals through credit and pay-out teams and resolving blockages by taking proactive actions. 
- Provide cover for Account Managers where required. 
- Provide quotations, follow up with customers and prepare agreement documentation. 
- Take responsibility for challenging business processes that are not consistent with the expectations or requirements for the Irish market. 
- Ensure operational processes and controls are followed to enable KPIs to be met. 
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions (escalating where necessary) to address changing business needs. 
- Manage Customer queries and requests to conclusion. This will include the provision of settlement quotations, resolution of invoicing queries and collections support. 
- Responsible for identifying and implementing change to deliver operational efficiencies within the customer experience and sales support areas.

- You will have good asset finance knowledge complemented by an inquisitive mind and a willingness to work collaboratively with others to learn and overcome challenges. 
- As a critical thinker, you will be constantly looking out for ways to identify and implement process improvements. 
- A hands-on approach, capable of thinking for yourself and taking actions based on an understanding of priorities. 
- Attention to detail when completing activities, ensuring the customer experience benefits from high quality service provision. 
- Strong interpersonal skills to support the development of effective relationships that mean you can work in a team but be confident to challenge where needed. 
- Excellent communication; being able to communicate effectively in Finnish and in English. 
- Take responsibility for ensuring Finnish customer requirements and expectations are understood by the wider Operations Team. 
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
