​J2952 - Our client is seeking a Lease Desk Executive (IT finance) to administer and support daily lease desk activity to enable sales by providing financing solutions to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor the lease desk inbox to provide timely feedback on all enquiries such as quotations, credit proposals, and facilitating sales orders.

• Prepare and produce financing quotes by working with financing partners.

• Prepare and submit credit applications to selected financing partners.

• Engage with Sales and Customers to qualify financing requirements and provide solutions to enable sales.

• Working alongside Risk & Credit teams to promote best practice, safeguard against risks, and promote sales enablement.

• Maintain and develop relationships with all financing partners.

• Support the Financing Solutions Manager to deliver periodic reporting and management information.

• Support development of financing products and services offerings.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• +5 years’ experience working in Finance and Leasing.

• Experience of Credit Control Processes.

• Experience of Risk / Credit Underwriting.

• Appreciation of the role of Credit & Risk in the industry.

• Communication skills and confident to speak directly with Customers, Vendor Partners, Bank/Finance Partners, Sales and Key stakeholders.

• Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of financial products and services, risk management corporate law and contract management.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
