Job description

​J3030 - Our client is seeking a Technology Programme Account Manager to manage partner relations by ensuring a solid stakeholder contact strategy and understanding the partners route to market to maximise influence on the use of finance within their value proposition to the end user customer. You will manage your business pipeline and collaborate with the regional team to drive finance penetration within agreed risk parameters. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the business relationship on a UK level and all other parties relevant for the Program Agreement implementation and roll out.

  • Initiate, develop and grow new business relations using a range of contacts, referrals and direct channels: to have the confidence to cold call, use social media intuitively and network for good referrals.

  • Understand, track, measure and manage, the size of your pipeline in order to achieve targets.

  • Design and lead your own marketing sand sales training initiatives.

  • A thorough understanding of the partner supply chain, routes to market ‘best practices’, policies and compliance issues, paired with a fine eye for detail

  • Work with Regional Sales to identify any channel partner engagement in order to increase the Programs wider footprint.

  • Ensure that all relevant parties are aligned on Program operations.

  • Ensure all relevant sales tools are utilized e.g. CRM, SFDC, Dashboards in order to Monitor Program performance and follow up on opportunities for improvement.

  • Continuously improve value proposition, efficiency and productivity during program life cycle.

  • Monitor, update and maintain Programs on a regular basis.

  • Drive reseller digital adoption by promoting usage of digital platforms to enhance sales experience and streamline business processing.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • This is a field based role whereby you will be co-Located at the partners offices to must work as an integral part of the direct and indirect sales team.

  • Proven experience of building corporate business relationships with confidence, tenacity and attention to detail

  • First-hand knowledge of leasing, or associated areas, such as selling leasing for vendors or partners.

  • In-depth experience of working on contract negotiations, including dealing with complex terms and conditions.

  • Wide-ranging knowledge of the technical market.

  • Proven communication skills at all levels in business, particularly senior and director level.

  • Experience of using social media, paired with comprehensive researching skills.

  • A proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Experience at building business development strategy for / with channel partners.

  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
