​J3527 – Sales Support Executive – UK, Greater London / Hertfordshire (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank-based specialist financial services organisation to recruit a Sales Support Executive.

In this vital role, you’ll provide first-line internal sales support to the Construction, Transport & Industrial sales channels. You will play a key part in ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately from application through to pay-out—enabling the front-line sales team to achieve their new business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales process from application to activation, managing stakeholder expectations

• Be the first point of contact for internal sales queries on quotations, credit applications, documentation, and activation status

• Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain proactive pipeline management and timely follow-up

• Prepare customer contracts and liaise with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management teams

• Carry out AML/KYC checks including structuring customer and related party information, handling alerts, and liaising with compliance

• Co-ordinate fulfilment of credit conditions and assist with activation requirements

• Collaborate with your team and undertake cross-training to support operational flexibility and meet service levels

• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring training and compliance tasks are up to date

• Contribute to continuous improvement, driving process efficiency and enhanced service

Candidate Profile:

• Sales support experience within a leasing or financial services environment

• Prior exposure to vendor leasing or asset finance

• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Ability to analyse and interpret information with accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel)

• Comfortable adapting to new systems and working under time constraints

• Motivated, team-oriented and able to work independently

• Familiarity with leasing documentation, equipment finance products, and compliance policies

📍 Location: Greater London / Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
💼 Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 + excellent bonus & benefits
