K3051 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an asset finance company operating across Europe and America in their search for a Contract Hire Relationship Manager with responsibility for managing both existing client relationships and developing new asset finance business. You will be an experienced, driven, and self-motivated salesperson with a proven track record of success in the UK Asset Finance/Leasing Industry, ideally in the Direct B2B vehicle leasing space.
Salary: £50,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, South East England / Thames Valley (Remote)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new lending that aligns with the prevailing policies and wider business strategy from existing Contract Hire company relationships and self-generated Contract Hire company relationships.
Develop long-term relationships with your customer portfolio to maximise income generating opportunities.
Research, create and develop a pipeline for ongoing potential new business.
Analyse and evaluate the viability and structure of potential transactions against Pricing and Credit parameters.
Build an effective working partnership with credit colleagues to jointly agree credit risk actions and ownership of credit risk decisions.
Responsible for the quality of submissions to the Credit underwriters.
Ensure compliance with mandatory policies and procedures relating to governance, regulatory, compliance, operational and legal risk.
As required assist senior management with the business strategy and action planning process, including engagement with key internal stakeholders who help shape offering, including Credit, Legal, Sales Support and Technology.
Adhere to Risk, Pricing and Asset policies and drive product performance
Provide face to face client support to ensure a smooth transaction for clients and a safe transaction for the business.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Ideally with 2+ years’ experience in a field-based B2B financial product/ leasing sales role.
Experienced in pricing, structuring and negotiating asset finance transactions.
Credible and able to negotiate at board level across a range of business sizes to Large Corporates
Strong Selling and Account Management skillset.
Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
