K3100 - Our client is seeking a Risk Analyst to join their credit team. You will have financial analysis and modelling experience and be able to demonstrate a lateral thinking mindset, a drive for self-improvement and for learning on the job.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and enhance the credit reporting and monitoring frameworks which meet the requirements of various internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of credit reports to the Board and Credit Committee.
Interpret the information and suggest actions for consideration by the business based on the credit reports.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures which cover industry guidelines and statutory regulations (e.g. treating customers fairly, anti-money laundering and data protection).
Collaborate with Technology and other teams to enhance credit system and processes.
Provide credit input on other company projects and initiatives.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
2-5 years of quantitative experience.
Ideally educated to degree level with a background in Finance, accounting, or other related fields.
Advance skills with MS Excel and experience with modelling software (e.g. SQL).
Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and efficiently both verbally and in writing to peers and senior management.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
