K3116 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a global finance partner for equipment and technology assets in their search for a Account Manager, Construction. You will be responsible for initiating, developing and/or maintaining commercial contacts, identifying, and pursuing sales opportunities (hunter) and providing support to appointed introducers, in order to achieve sales targets. This role will be focused on the construction and transport sector where experience is essential, covering South West England.

Identify, scope, prioritise, and target potential key account opportunities in construction and transport.
Research end user prospects by vertical. Develop a prioritised prospect list and identify customer needs and execute the prospecting plan in line with international key accounts strategy.
Manage and drive the quotation process via a consultative sales approach.
Support and manage the development of appropriate transactional documentation/structures in cooperation with local) departments (legal, tax, credit etc.)
Prepare and present documentation and proposals for review in credit, risk, asset management approval committees.
Manage complex and structured accounts.
Manage referral relationships with manufacturers or dealers, ensuring the Key Accounts strategy is maintained.
Generate income opportunities including Volume, Margin, Gross Profit, Non-interest Income focus and expansion of customer base.
