K3146 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of flexible and cost-effective technology financing solutions in their search for a Sales Support Administrator. Your responsibilities will include working with internal and external customers in lease contract support and administration.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, South Yorkshire / Sheffield
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lease contract generation and issuance.
Customer and reseller liaison to drive contracts from inception to booking.
Creation of POs and invoice records.
Balancing invoices to totals and posting to enable lease to be funded.
Build relationships with Managers, Strategic Partners and External Agencies.
Support other team members.
Compile and generate reports as and when required.
Support and engage in training initiatives.

Adaptive approach when contacting internal and external customers
Reporting of activities and analyses in an accurate, timely, consistent and effective manner appropriate to the intended audience
Proactive in approach
Ability to problem solve.
Flexibility required to meet business needs.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
