K3170 - Our client is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst with responsible for conducting credit and financial analysis and reviewing, challenging data / transaction material provided - preparing credit papers with recommendation for decision-making across a spectrum of project finance, structured loans, etc. Experience in structured finance would be advantageous. Salary: Up to £80,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley / Berkshire (Hybrid).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Review and recommendation of credit documents produced by a third party.

• Validation of information and ability to socialise and clearly articulate the opportunity risks and rewards through written communication and presentation at credit committee.

• Produce reporting and control mechanisms for third party programs.

• Program overview documents with financial analysis for direct engagements (Vendors) and for third party programs.

• Management and qualitative analysis of decisions and recommendations from third party funders.

• Produce credit reports and recommendations on large transactions (plus £1m) through

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• 5+ years in a non-vendor credit environment, preferably with a bank or Fintech.

• High level of expertise in financial analysis.

• Experience in non-asset based lending environment.

• High level communication skills.

• Experience in producing papers for credit committee and presentation preferable over direct credit authority lending experience.

• Structured finance experience advantageous.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
