​K3179 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a global finance partner for equipment and technology assets in their search for an Operations MI / Data Analyst with responsibility for completing performance analysis and operational reporting across the multi-country region. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders to capture the right needs, gain an in-depth organisational understanding, and identify areas for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive the development of Operations business intelligence reporting.

• Liaison with different sources of data to understand their meaning and co-relation.

• Assist in identifying relevant data trends.

• Provide data analysis and insights to improve decision making and to enable process improvements.

• Work with functional and technical teams across the multi-country region.

• Participate in projects across your sphere of influence.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Degree educated in a relevant field or with 2 years+ of relevant experience.

• Possess data-based principles and an analytical mindset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with both hybrid working and occasional travel for face-to-face meetings.

• Ability to take initiative and responsibility.

• Good time management with ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.

• Ability to champion improvements to systems and processes.

• Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and drive change throughout the organisation

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

• Experience using Power BI, SQL and dashboards.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
