​K3200 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a global finance partner for equipment and technology assets in their search for a Senior Account Manager, IT Resellers to take ownership of the key stages of developing and managing outstanding business relations with resellers. This includes identifying and developing finance opportunities originating from large value resellers and managing the strategy, growth and direction of the reseller channel. You will ideally have worked within IT financing and have a good understanding of the reseller market.

Excellent salary, plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, South of England (Remote).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify scope, prioritise and target potential key Channel resellers.

  • Develop a prospect list and identify prospective Channel resellers; develop and execute against prospect plan.

  • Use existing network to open the doors of target prospects.

  • Use sales skills and business development acumen to open doors of identified prospects with whom the business does not have any relationship with.

  • Use creativity to develop inspirational reseller relevant value propositions within pricing, polices, products and services parameters.

  • Manage complex and structured accounts work collaboratively with credit, legal, operations and other internal functions.

  • Build capability at senior executive levels in organisations to build deep, long lasting and sustainable partnerships.

  • Prepare and present documentation for review in credit and risk approval committees.

  • Know your numbers – It is essential for you to understand, track, measure and manage the size of your pipeline in order to achieve your budget along with the associated sales activity in order to achieve this.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Asset Finance/Leasing, or, or have worked directly for large Channel resellers, or, a Tech Distributor, or, Tech Vendor.

  • Intimate knowledge of the Channel Reseller market.

  • Experience building and developing scalable and sustainable long term business relationships with confidence.

  • Strong influencer and excellent in (remote) stakeholder management, able to effectively navigate on all organisational levels.

  • Strong change leader with robust negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Excellent business English (both spoken and written).

  • Extensive contact base and C- level relationships in many of the Top Resellers in the UK.

  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for financial service industry preferred.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
