Job description

​K3281 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for an HR Total Reward, Compensation & Regulatory Specialist.

  • Your focus will be to manage and advise on remuneration regulations and governance matters as it relates to policies, practices, processes and corporate governance initiatives (mainly in the the Netherlands and EU).

  • You will also process global remuneration policies and work on the various regulatory requirements ensuring compliance to legislation and requirements. 

  • Regulatory experience is therefore essential.

  • Can be based in Amsterdam or close to Eindhoven and be a fluent Dutch (and English) Speaker.

  • Our client would consider someone with a couple of years' experience with a Big 4 firm and are consulting for the financial services; particularly in executive remuneration.

  • Salary: €80,000+ plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: Netherlands, Amsterdam / Eindhoven (Hybrid).
