​K3286 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European leasing company offering tailored finance solutions in its search for a Senior Risk Manager.

• You will underwrite and provide an efficient response for risk recommendation on proposals, schemes and introductory sources, as well as prepare applications for submission to a higher authority including assessment of Documentation risks.

• Additionally, you will support Risk governance through the review and validation of Risk policies, procedures, and tools.

• The successful applicant will have experience of larger ticket decision-making at £500K and above and possess strong negotiation skills to assist with shaping deals.

• Salary: £45,000 - c£60,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley (Hybrid)
