​K3309 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for a UK&I Programme Manager.

• Commercial responsibility to manage the programme relationship and grow the portfolio within the market.

• Develop and implement strategy in alignment with other functions (Marketing, Finance, Sales and Risk).

• Connect closely with partner organisation, identify main stakeholders and drive joint program strategies.

• Proven experience of building corporate business relationships with confidence, drive and attention to detail is a pre-requisite.

• In-depth experience of working on contract negotiations, including dealing with complex terms and conditions.

• Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: South of England (Hybrid). Ideally located in Greater London, Thames Valley or SW England.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
