​K3311 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an asset finance specialist providing direct funding facilities to customers and via premium brokers in its search for a Risk Director.

• Responsible for the new client structuring, approving and on-boarding.

• Day to day operational and risk leadership of the underwriting function to deliver effective portfolio client risk management strategies and provide a high-quality service to introducing brokers and its clients.

• Lead, oversee and manage all lending activities including the credit proposition and related policies and appetite statements, the approval process, in life management, watch and non- performing book as well as the Collections team.

• You will possess excellent credit leadership skills as well be a hands-on underwriter.

• Salary: £100,000 - £120,000+ with excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Basildon, Essex and London (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
