​K3349 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for an Internal Sales Team Leader (Hard Assets).

• This is a pivotal role in optimising service levels to partners and customers, whereby you will assume ownership for the development and performance of the team to ensure that they are taking a proactive approach in regularly speaking to partners.

• You will pro-actively manage the team's day-to-day performance and workflow, from quotation, credit applications, to documentation being signed and until ready for payout.

• The team works closely with external sales force and the back office teams.

• Another key priority of the role is ensuring the team has time to focus on finding new business opportunities and managing their own customer base.

• You will have excellent relationship management skills with proven team leadership skills.

• Salary: c£45,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London and Home Counties.
