K3374 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank based specialist financial services organisation in its search for a Payouts Team Leader.

• This role is pivotal in optimising customer service as well as the development and performance of your team by encompassing key elements of Service Delivery and People Management.

• You will have at least 2 years' people management experience within Asset Finance.

• Exceptional relationship management skills.

• Proven problem solving capabilities

• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
