New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Recoveries Account Manager, focusing on arrears collection in the 60–90 day aged category.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage arrears collections in the 60–90 day bracket.
Handle bad debt recovery, including insolvency, litigation, and asset recovery.
Make outgoing collections calls and coordinate with external agents and solicitors.
Negotiate assertively while maintaining professionalism to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' collections experience in the asset finance or automotive finance sector.
Strong technical expertise in bad debt collection, litigation, insolvency, and asset recovery.
Solid understanding of contract and consumer credit law.
Background in Finance & Leasing or Motor Finance.
Resilient, persistent, and persuasive—able to negotiate effectively without being aggressive.
