New Leaf Search is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading European financial services group for a Collections Account Manager within the Asset Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and chase arrears under 60 days
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Allocate incoming cash and liaise with Accounts for accuracy
• Bill late payment interest where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Consumer Credit Legislation and DPA
• Undertake administrative and ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years’ experience in debt collection
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Ability to resolve allocation issues
• Organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Alfa system is an advantage
