K3558 - Internal Broker Account Manager - UK, London (Hybrid) - Asset Finance
New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist lender in its search for an Internal Broker Account Manager.

Key Accountabilities:
Profitably develop and grow the broker channel by supporting external Sales and managing allocated accounts
Provide telephone-based sales support to BDMs and strategic brokers
Collaborate with external BDMs on growth and account plans for strategic brokers
Manage and develop assigned broker relationships proactively, identifying incremental business opportunities
Achieve sales targets for volume and blended yield
Attend external broker meetings as required
Promote and train brokers on the company proposition and service
Monitor proposal quality and conversion rates, taking corrective action as needed
Assist in production of quotations and credit papers; enhance proposals when needed
Build a strong LinkedIn profile to promote Asset Finance
Complete annual reviews for all allocated brokers
Person Specification:
Confident, ambitious, and able to build relationships over the phone or in person
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organised self-starter with a sales mentality
Empathetic team player with a “can do” attitude
Passionate about customer service and the company offering
Relevant experience in Financial Services, Asset Finance, or Leasing
UK market experience essential
