K3567 - Internal Account Manager, Wholesale Finance - UK, Greater London / Surrey (Remote/Hybrid) - Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for an Internal Account Manager.

Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Purpose:
To build and maintain strong relationships with vendor, dealer, reseller, and broker partners — delivering first-class wholesale finance programme management while maximising volumes and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain key introducer and customer relationships to generate consistent deal flow.

  • Act as primary contact for Wholesale Finance partners, providing informed support and commercial insight.

  • Proactively follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close transactions.

  • Identify and secure new business in line with company strategy and risk appetite.

  • Assess creditworthiness, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance with credit and regulatory requirements.

  • Structure and negotiate deals ensuring sustainability and profitability.

  • Monitor partner performance, analyse conversion and acceptance rates, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless deal processing from quote through to payout.

Person Specification:

  • Strong understanding of Asset and Wholesale Finance.

  • Proven sales and business development track record within Asset Finance.

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

  • Commercial awareness and analytical ability.

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and a strong team player.
