New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for an Internal Account Manager.

Key Purpose:
To build and maintain strong relationships with vendor, dealer, reseller, and broker partners — delivering first-class wholesale finance programme management while maximising volumes and profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain key introducer and customer relationships to generate consistent deal flow.
Act as primary contact for Wholesale Finance partners, providing informed support and commercial insight.
Proactively follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close transactions.
Identify and secure new business in line with company strategy and risk appetite.
Assess creditworthiness, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance with credit and regulatory requirements.
Structure and negotiate deals ensuring sustainability and profitability.
Monitor partner performance, analyse conversion and acceptance rates, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless deal processing from quote through to payout.
Person Specification:
Strong understanding of Asset and Wholesale Finance.
Proven sales and business development track record within Asset Finance.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and analytical ability.
Highly organised, adaptable, and a strong team player.
