K3580 – Business Development Manager, IT & Wholesale – UK, Home Counties (Remote) – Asset Finance
New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Business Development Manager, IT & Wholesale.

This is a senior field-based business development role focused on building and growing indirect channel relationships across IT and Wholesale finance. You will work closely with vendors, dealers, resellers and brokers to drive new business volumes, increase share of wallet and deliver structured asset finance solutions aligned to risk appetite and commercial objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and manage senior relationships with introducers through regular face-to-face engagement
Originate and close new IT and Wholesale asset finance transactions
Position value-added solutions including ORV, staged payments and structured profiles
Qualify opportunities, prepare credit proposals and manage deal structuring
Deliver sales presentations, partner training and joint account development activity
Monitor introducer performance, pipeline, acceptance and conversion metrics
Collaborate closely with Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance and Operations
Person Specification:
Strong background in Asset Finance / Leasing business development
Proven experience working with brokers, vendors or indirect channels
Sound commercial judgement with strong credit awareness
Excellent relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organised, self-motivated and results focused
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
