K3591 – Transformation & Business Control Manager (FP&A) – UK, Midlands (Office-Based) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a global captive vehicle finance provider offering tailored funding, leasing and insurance products in its search for a Transformation & Business Control Manager (FP&A).

This senior finance leadership role will lead the business control and finance transformation agenda across the UK & Ireland. You will provide forward-looking financial insight, lead planning and forecasting, and work closely with senior leaders to support decision-making in a complex, fast-moving financial services environment. A core element of the role is driving finance transformation, embedding stronger analytics, improved processes and greater use of technology.

Working closely with the Head of Finance UK & Ireland and wider senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted business partner, strengthen governance and controls, and lead the development of a high-performing business control and transformation team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading FP&A, planning, forecasting and performance management activities

  • Providing strategic financial insight and clear recommendations to senior leadership

  • Driving finance transformation through automation, data and advanced analytics

  • Ensuring strong governance, internal control and regulatory compliance

  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team across business control and transformation

The successful candidate will be degree-qualified in Finance (or related discipline), with a professional accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA; MBA preferred). You will bring senior-level experience within captive or asset finance, strong knowledge of IFRS and financial modelling, and a proven track record of leading transformation and change initiatives within regulated financial services environments.

Excellent salary, plus bonus and benefits. UK, Midlands (Office-Based).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.

📩 Apply in confidence by sending your CV.
