New Leaf Search has partnered with a global captive vehicle finance provider in its search for a Funding & Capital Markets Manager.

The Role
This senior role supports and executes funding, syndication and capital markets activity across a multi-market asset finance platform.
Working closely with Finance, Risk, Legal and Tax, you will play a key role in capital structure optimisation, syndication execution and investor relationship management, supporting origination and portfolio growth across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute funding and capital markets strategy in line with group framework
Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors and syndication partners
Lead and support syndication activity across new and existing programmes
Provide pricing, risk and marketability insight to support originations
Support capital structure optimisation and funding decision frameworks
Partner with internal teams on transaction execution and governance
Drive process improvements across funding and syndication activity
Support due diligence processes with funding partners
International travel required (circa 30–50%)
About You
Experience in funding, capital markets and/or syndication within asset finance or leasing
Background in a captive, bank-owned or large independent lessor
Proven transaction structuring and execution capability
Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a multi-country, matrix environment
Degree-qualified in Finance or related discipline
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
