This year, 15 emerging leaders tackled some of the sector’s most pressing themes, including AI integration, the transition economy, and attracting new business in a low-growth, low-inflation environment. Under the expert guidance of Leaseurope and Invigors, participants collaborated to create actionable, forward-thinking ideas that demonstrate the next generation’s potential to shape the industry.

After months of development, the teams presented their final projects at the European Leasing & Automotive Rental Industry Annual Convention in Cascais, Portugal, on 10 October 2025. The presentations showcased three standout initiatives:

• Team A – Transitional Asset Finance (TAF): A platform connecting SMEs to electric transitional assets, helping businesses make informed decisions about fleet transitions.

• Team B – Digital Factory: A mobile-first AI platform enabling fast, digital valuation of industrial assets, improving efficiency for companies, leasing firms, and valuation providers.

• Team C – LeaseLife²: An explainable AI solution supporting second-life asset financing with transparency and intelligence.
