I have 23 years’ recruitment experience within the asset finance industry and 19 of those years have been with New Leaf Search.

My current responsibilities include account and relationship management, business development and recruitment strategy.

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients across EMEA spanning most industry sectors with emphasis on technology, transport, construction, materials handling, public sector, medical and agriculture.

Through hard work and the provision of a consultative recruitment service to clients and candidates, I have forged long standing relationships throughout the asset finance industry.

I like to really get to know what it is like to work for each organisation and what candidates want from their next job, so I can instinctively match applicants and companies. I want to achieve placements that are long lasting and mutually beneficial to both the employer and applicant.

Outside of the office, I am kept very busy with my family and dog. I also enjoy going to the gym, running, skiing, reading, music and cooking.
