Managing Director
With over 30 years' experience in asset finance and leasing, I have built a strong track record in driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering innovative financial solutions. My career spans a range of asset classes and roles across both sales and operational management, providing me with broad industry insight.
In 2004, I co-founded New Leaf Search, where I currently lead our strategy, finance, operations, sales, and marketing functions. We specialise in recruitment and executive search for the asset finance and leasing sectors, helping clients secure the talent they need to grow and succeed. My in-depth sector knowledge enables me to support both businesses and individuals in achieving their goals through practical advice and tailored recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active. I’m a regular at the gym with a focus on strength training, and I’m passionate about golf, always looking to improve my game. I’ve also been a loyal West Ham United season ticket holder for many years.
