Neel Amin
Managing Director
After graduating from University College London with a degree in Economics, I began my career in Motor Finance with Ford Credit Europe in an operations support role.
I later moved into sales with Lombard North Central as an Account Executive before joining Mercedes-Benz Finance as an Area Manager.
During my tenure, I was responsible for establishing their Dealer Services operation as well as developing their remote business manager service utilising videoconferencing technology.
Thereafter, I moved to Shell as Sales Leader for Shell Capital (Auto Finance) with responsibility for recruiting a national sales team. This gave me my first insight into the world of recruitment, an aspect of my role which I particularly enjoyed.
I soon broadened my asset class experience to include IT/Telecoms finance by taking up the role of Head of Sales for BT Financial Solutions.
My responsibilities included increasing lease penetration across the BT Business portfolio and managing the sales relationship with funding partners.
With over 30 years of commercial experience within the leasing industry, I co-founded New Leaf Search in March 2004.
My current responsibilities include business strategy, finance, operations, sales and marketing.
My interests include playing golf and following West Ham United (season ticket holder).
