J2700 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to assume responsibility for the end-to-end process of all business within their chosen markets. This includes new business proposal entry and credit check, all customer due diligence, supporting the sales team and their brokers, paying out and authorising new business agreements and all subsequent customer service activities. Salary: To £35,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (home-based initially).
This position sits within the Middle Ticket Asset Finance Support function of the Operations Team and is responsible primarily for the support of their Sales & Broker network.
Ensure that new business is chased & managed correctly from Proposal receipt though to Payout.
Work alongside the Middle Ticket Sales Team and their brokers, ensuring that new business agreements are completed within agreed service level agreements.
Ensure that documentation is fully and correctly completed, including liaising with internal and external legal experts to ensure business risks are fully mitigated.
Completion and input of new business proposals, follow up of outstanding documentation, management of new business from proposal receipt through to payout and general support of sales & broker teams with any additional queries that arise during the take on of new business.
Requirement to cross-skill and be able to cover for all other operational roles during times of holiday, sickness or periodical volume increases.
Suggest and assist in the implementation of change.
Experience of Asset Finance in a Middle Ticket environment.
Thorough with a good eye for detail.
Able to work at a fast pace in a pressured environment.
Comfortable and confident when talking to customers.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
