J2801 - Our client is seeking a Major Account Manager, IT Finance to serve as the overall account lead for a large named account. You will understand the client’s key business and IT challenges and requirements and is focus on driving value, while maximizing revenue and margin. You will be based remotely with access and requirement to work from client UK offices.
Salary: c£55,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley, Mids or NW Eng
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase the company's market share.
Focus on larger deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, and selling a range of company products and solutions.
Work with management to develop future business plans; independently determine methods for achieving plans.
Work with and leverage a diverse set of external partners.
Build strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives to C-level.
Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth for the company.
Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity; advocate for client needs in negotiating solution sales and troubleshooting delivery issues.
Develop business plan in conjunction with the customer.
Generate new business and build, monitor and manage sales pipeline activity.
Implement margin recovery activities/strategies.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Degree educated.
Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities.
5 years commercial account management experience.
Highly experienced in IT related products.
IT Financing / Leasing experience.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
